Alpha Sigma Mentoring, established for Alpha Sigma's Centennial Celebration in October 2013, is a wonderful program set up for YOU to better succeed in the real world. Alpha Sigma alumnae out in the working world are paired up with juniors and seniors within Kappa Alpha Theta.
It is up to YOU to reach out to your mentor. Emailing, phone calls, Skype, FaceTime, coffee dates, etc are all great way to get in contact with your mentor! Alpha Sigma is fortunate to have so many success, strong, leading Alpha Sigma alumnae willing to reach out and help you on your path to land that first job. Your mentor is there for you and she will do all she can to help you through the process...everyone started somewhere!
If you are interested in finding a mentor, click on the link below and put your information on our Google Doc. The Doc will open in the fall. You will be contacted with information about your mentor shortly after sign ups close.
"I did get a chance to meet with Kayla a few weeks ago. She is a typical Theta…smart, driven and personable. We talked through a few different things for her to look into as she starts trying to find an internship for this upcoming summer. I plan on reaching back out to her to check in and see what she’s working on and if I can help with anything."
